Updated January 28, 2025

Intro

To prepare for your first onboarding call, we need to get your contact list ready.

Downloading Your Contact List

To do this, you'll need to download your contact list from your class management software, and anywhere else that you have stored your list of contacts, for example: an email software, or a Google or excel sheet. This will allow us to help you import all of your contacts into StudioHub.

Benefits of Importing Contacts into StudioHub

Some of the benefits of having all of your contacts in StudioHub are that you'll be able to easily send announcements, promotions, email newsletters, and even request Google reviews. StudioHub allows you to send 2-way text messages, bulk text messages, and emails, making it easy for you to manage all of your communications in one place.

Separating your contacts into 3 different lists will make it easier for you to keep track of who is who inside of StudioHub.

If you don't have one of these lists, don't worry - just download the lists you do have.

A couple of important notes:

Next Steps

In the next video, we'll be walking you step-by-step through how to clean up your list and get it ready to be imported into StudioHub. Once you've downloaded your list, please proceed to the next video.
