What is the status of your A2P? - Onboarding Flowchart
Welcome back! In the previous video, I showed you how to access the "Trust Center" screen. Now, let's review your A2P registration status.
On this screen, you'll see the status of your "brand" and "campaign". There are four possible statuses:
- Not Started
- In Progress
- Failed
- Approved
The status for the brand might be different from the status of your campaign.
Match your status to the correct path in the onboarding flowchart:
- If your brand failed, go to the failed path
- If your brand is approved but your campaign is Failed, go to the Failed path.
- If your brand is approved but your campaign is In Progress, choose the In Progress path.
- Only go to the Verified path if both your brand and campaign are approved.
- If it says "not started" then go through the "Not started" path
