Gather Your Documents For The Verification Process - Onboarding Flowchart 2 & 3
Hello! In our previous video, I explained that you’ll need to complete a “background check” called the regulatory bundle verification process before you’re able to buy a phone local phone number in your country.
In this video, I am going to show you the documents that you need to gather in order to complete the regulatory bundle verification process.
Why gather documents?
Again, by completing the regulatory bundle verification process, you will be able to purchase a local phone number in your country.
Two types of registrations
There are two types of ways to register the regulatory bundle: business and personal. Ideally, if you have all the necessary documentation to complete the regulatory bundle verification process as a business, then that is the best way to go. However, if you do not have the documentation needed to register as a business, you can give us access to your personal documentation, so that we can register the regulatory bundle personally to you. Here are the documents you need to gather:
Business Requirements
If registering as a business, please gather one of each:
- Proof of Identity (Commercial registry or equivalent)
- Proof of Address (Commercial registry or equivalent showing address, Utility bill, Tax notice, Rent receipt, or Title deed)
- Proof of Business ID (Commercial registry or equivalent)
IMPORTANT! Please make sure that the addresses on these documents match up, and are written exactly the same. If the addresses do not match up, your regulatory bundle verification process will fail.
Personal Requirements
If registering personally, please gather one of each:
- Proof of Identity (Government-issued ID or Passport)
- Proof of Address (Government-issued ID showing address, Utility bill, Tax notice, Rent receipt, or Title deed)
IMPORTANT! Please make sure that the addresses on these documents match up, and are written exactly the same. If the addresses do not match up, your regulatory bundle verification process will fail.
