Welcome back!
Now that you have set up your StudioHub account, it's time for us to cover how to use StudioHub!
In the next few videos, you will learn how to use StudioHub to streamline and automate your free trial processes!
Here is how the training is broken down:
- First, we're going to walk you through a conversation script example. You are going to see an entire conversation with a new lead from the moment they inquire to the moment they are booked for a trial.
- Once you see what the conversation script looks like, we will go into the StudioHub software, and walk through the process, step-by-step, of booking a new lead for a free trial.
- After you learn how to book a trial, the next thing we will teach you is how to cancel and reschedule a trial.
- The last thing we'll cover is how to tell StudioHub if people showed up to their trial classes, as well as how to tell StudioHub when people enrolled or not after their trial class.
There's a lot to learn! As you go through the video pay close attention and take a lot of notes. The better you understand how to use StudioHub, the better the results you will end up getting.
