Did you add your class schedule templates into StudioHub already? - Onboarding Flowchart

Updated January 28, 2025

Welcome

Hello and welcome back!

Main Message

In order to set up StudioHub properly, you need to add your schedule templates. That's why I'm making this video - to ask if you've already uploaded your schedule templates into StudioHub?

Clarification

I'm talking about the screenshots of your class schedule that we add as templates into StudioHub, so you don't have to type out your schedule over and over again.

Check Your Account

If you're not sure, log into your StudioHub account:

They should look like this, except that it should have your classes, like this:

Next Steps

If you've added them, please follow the "Yes" path in the onboarding flowchart. If you haven't added them or are unsure what I'm talking about, let me explain...

Explanation

StudioHub allows you to save pre-written text messages called templates. Because you offer group lessons in your business, we need to add your class schedule into StudioHub as templates. This way, anytime someone asks you what classes you offer, you can just use one of the templates instead of writing the information over and over again.

Here's what the templates should look like:

Final Note

This is something that you should have done on your Kick-off call, but if you haven't, or you don't know what I'm talking about, then you need to go through the "No" path in the onboarding flowchart.
