Check the status of your regulatory bundle - Onboarding Flowchart
In the video, I'm going to show you how to check the status of your regulatory bundle verification process.
- Please follow along, as I go through the steps.
- Log into your StudioHub account
- Go to your settings located at the bottom left corner
- On the left hand menu, click on "phone numbers"
- On the top menu, click on "Regulatory Bundle/Address"
What do you see on this screen?
- Is the screen blank?
- Does it say "Approved"?
- Does it say "Failed"?
- Is it "in process"?
