How to Mark Trial Classes as "Showed" or "No-Show" in StudioHub

Updated January 28, 2025

Introduction:

So far, you've learned how to communicate with leads and book trial class appointments in StudioHub. Now, we'll discuss what to do after a lead attends or misses a trial class.

In this article, you are going to learn the process for marking leads in StudioHub as 'Showed' or 'No-Show' to track their trial class attendance.

The benefit is that when you mark a lead as 'No-show' Studiohub follows up with them for a few days to get them to reschedule their trial class. On the other hand, if you mark a lead as 'Showed' Studiohub follows up the next day to ask about their experience so that you can find out if the person is interested in signing up for your classes.

Let's begin.

There are two ways to mark leads as 'Showed' or 'No-show':

Let's go through option 1 first.

Option 1: The Calendar Screen
The first method to mark people as 'Showed' or 'No-show' is to do this on the Calendar screen. Here's how to do this:

Step 1: Accessing the Calendar

Step 2: Marking the Appointment Correctly

Step 3: Save the Update

Option 2: The Conversation Page

Let's go through the second option to mark people as 'Showed' or 'No-show'. We're going to do this in the leads' conversation.

Step 1: Go to the Conversation

Step 2: Accessing the Appointment

Step 3: Marking the Appointment Correctly

Step 4: Save the Appointment

Conclusion:

That's how you mark a lead as 'Showed' or 'No Showed' in StudioHub, after their trial class. By following these steps, you can track your attendance accurately. You can also manage the follow-up automations effectively.
